Are you an enterprising, strong Accounting Manager looking for an immediate position? Robert Half Finance is searching for a skilled, eager, and experienced candidate like you to join the expanding team of a progressive company. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. You will establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. This is a terrific opportunity to work for a company that recognizes hard work and rewards results as the Accounting Manager.   • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

  • Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements, which includes document preparation, data analysis, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

  • Play a key role in system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration of NetSuite Financials

  • Regularly review and inspect balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

  • Encourage and manage the full accounting team performance so that close deadlines are met

  • Team up with FP A and accounting management to develop relevant, timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

  • Assemble various technical accounting policies, procedures, and analyses


  • 7+ years of recent relevant financial experience

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrated technology and analytical abilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounts payable

  • Command of accounts receivable

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

  • Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

  • Advanced credentials such as a Masters of Business Administration / MBA or Certified Public Accountant / CPA are preferred

Very high level of proficiency in Excel required. * Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with staff, and internal and external clients. * Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs, and develop solutions and/or options. * Excellent interpersonal skills.
