We offer products to commercial and enterprise clients in EV Charging solutions, Fleet Electrification, Solar Microgrids, Energy storage, Hydroponic farming, and Rain Water/Grey Water collection systems. We have been experiencing tremendous growth in all these areas and operate under several government rebate programs that ensure a steady and reliable flow of revenues. Our company handles the entire flow of providing these products and services beginning with Sales, Provisioning, Design and Engineering, Contracting and Construction, Servicing and Maintenance.

JOB SUMMARY: The Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in managing the financial activities of the organization, overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making under the leadership of the Accounting Director. This position involves leading a team of accountants and collaborating with other departments to maintain accurate financial records and achieve organizational goals.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and develop a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure the team's effectiveness and professional growth. Manage AP, AR and bookkeeping priorities for the team.

Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close. Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information. Ensure the year-end audit is clean and timely.

Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are completed in a timely manner. Support the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities Supports budget and forecasting activities. Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.

Responds to inquiries from the CFO, Dr. of Finance, and other finance and company managers regarding financial results, and special reporting requests. Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy as well as assisting in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.

Support the Director of Finance with special projects and workflow process improvements. Qualifications: BA/BS in Business with an emphasis in Accounting Construction or manufacturing accounting experience preferred Experience in navigating through complex technical accounting matters is a must. Prior experience managing general ledger and accrual accounting Current CPA license preferred Requirements:

Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced workplace. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organization skills.

Strong interpersonal, supervisory, and customer service skills required. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines required Strong knowledge of federal and state laws required Strong understanding of GAAP and tax law required Strong work ethic and confidentiality skills required Physical Requirements: Stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, type, and write.

Reach with hands and arms, bend, stand on a stool or climb, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools, or controls. Use standard office equipment such as computers, smartphones, printers, photocopiers, Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Lift files and open desk drawers and filing cabinets.

Full-time, Salary Exempt Pay: $80,000.00 - 90,000.00 DOE. The above represents the expected hourly range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your experience and other job-related factors.
