Are you an experienced Accounting Manager who is comfortable working from home? Do you have accounting experience with non-profit organizations?

Our client is a mission-driven not-for-profit (NFP) organization based in Washington, DC that is focused on advancing public health and safety in partnership with state and local governments nationally. This organization is seeking an Accounting Manager who has extensive general ledger (GL) experience, and experience establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls in a NFP organization.

This position is 100% work-from-home with occasional travel (5% to 10%) nationally to support engagements. The salary range is $80,000 to $110,000 annually, depending upon experience. The minimum qualifications include a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, a CPA, eight or more years of experience in accounting, and at least 1 year of experience working as an Accounting Manager in a NFP organization.

VIEW JOBS 5/22/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-08-20T00:00 POSITION TITLE Accountant, Fixed Income Operations & Accounting LOCATION Richmond, VA YOUR ROLE Investment Accounting is a shared service organization that prepares all US GAAP, U.S. Statutory, and IFRS accounting and reporting for Genworth's global investment portfolio. We partner with the Finance Teams across all product lines as well as participate in assisting in the development and execution of Investment strategies. As a member on the Operations team, you will hold the primary responsibility for the preparation and delivery of daily/monthly cash, trade, security master file reconciliations, and General Ledger reconciliations. You will also handle workflow assignment to junior members of the team, management of complex business reconciliations and tracking and reporting of reconciliation metrics.
