Accounting Manager Join a regional, highly reputable law firm in Bucks County. As Accounting Manager you will be responsible for providing direction and oversight to the Accounting Department, developing and implementing policies, manage payroll, AP/AR, cash flow, and balance statements. Must be able to develop, run, and analyze financial reports, interpret data, and provide accurate projections and solutions to issues. - Oversee hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions for accounting staff.
- Plan quarterly and annual audits and ensure compliance.
- Assist the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, audits, compliance, insurance, and financial reporting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of business accounting experience in diverse industries.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data queries.
- Prior experience in law firm accounting or real estate, foreclosures, and bankruptcies preferred.
- Knowledge of case management systems (e.g., CaseAware, TABS3) preferred.
- Experience with accounting software required, Dynamics preferred.
