Accounting Manager Join a regional, highly reputable law firm in Bucks County. As Accounting Manager you will be responsible for providing direction and oversight to the Accounting Department, developing and implementing policies, manage payroll, AP/AR, cash flow, and balance statements. Must be able to develop, run, and analyze financial reports, interpret data, and provide accurate projections and solutions to issues. Oversee hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions for accounting staff.
Plan quarterly and annual audits and ensure compliance.
Assist the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, audits, compliance, insurance, and financial reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Minimum of 3-5 years of business accounting experience in diverse industries.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data queries.
Prior experience in law firm accounting or real estate, foreclosures, and bankruptcies preferred.
Knowledge of case management systems (e.g., CaseAware, TABS3) preferred.
Experience with accounting software required, Dynamics preferred.
