My Real Estate Development / Property Management client is seeking an Accounting Manager for their well-established business. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for oversight of general ledger system and financial statements for multiple entities, oversee job cost accounting for any projects under development, review and approve quarterly financial statements to be sent to lenders, depreciation schedules, review and submit year-end financial information to CPA for tax return, manage loans of the company, manage cash balances/investments of real property entities, review financial reports with management including cash flow, debt balances, cash balances, accounts receivable, tenant gross sales and rent projections, record special cash transfers, oversee preparation and maintenance of operating budgets, approve invoices and review incoming check for all real estate property entities and oversee property management accounting including collection of rents and reporting accounts receivable balances, CAM reconciliations and correspondence with tenants and lenders.
