Accounting Manager

Job Description Job Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Manager in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry, located in Blue Ash, Ohio, United States. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for performing General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and heavy reconciliation.

The role also entails overseeing accounting functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing, and billing functions. Responsibilities • Oversee and manage general ledger accounting activities. • Execute journal entries and perform a heavy reconciliation of accounts. • Utilize accounting software systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient accounting operations. • Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Conduct audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and adherence to financial policies and procedures. • Manage billing functions, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. • Leverage ADP - Financial Services, BlackLine, and Concur for financial operations and management. • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data related to customer accounts. • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.• Demonstrated proficiency in Accounting Software Systems • Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required • Familiarity with BlackLine software • Proficiency in using Concur for expense management • In-depth knowledge and experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning • Strong understanding and capability to manage Accounting Functions • Demonstrated experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) • Proven ability to manage Accounts Receivable (AR) • Experience in Auditing practices and principles • Proficient in managing Billing Functions
