Conduct research on and apply accounting standards for complex transactions or assist in implementing newly issued accounting standards. Manage relationships with multiple external accounting service providers, ensuring services are delivered accurately and on time. Review financial statements to ensure they are accurate and comply with GAAP.

Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits, ensuring audit findings are resolved promptly. Analyze and assess accounting implications and contractual reporting requirements for specific legal agreements. Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.

Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders in the US and with global parent company. Provide coaching and supervise specific workstreams handled by the accounting associate.
