Sausalito Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000 annually Job Summary: A local client of ours in the Commercial Property Management sector is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting process including billing, financial statements, general ledger, cost accounting, tax compliance and accounts payable and receivable.

This is a full-time role requiring someone work onsite in their Sausalito office Mon-Fri. Job Title Responsibilities: Review invoices and code to general ledger Review and post all transactions, journal entries and deposits.

Review and approve accounts payable. Monitor and track income tax payments.

Monitor and track business license renewals and payments.

Maintain business licenses and permits. Obtain and organize information to comply with internal and external audits. Review bank reconciliations, review, and post-closing journal entries Review transactions for prepaid and accruals, capitalization of fixed assets and intangible assets.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements. Job Title Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
