Job Description Job Description As the Accounting Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, budget management, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide valuable insights and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and payroll processing.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for management and external stakeholders. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinate and lead the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and monitor performance against targets.

Oversee the preparation and submission of tax filings, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies, facilitating audits and inquiries as needed. Mentor and develop accounting staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth and ensure departmental success.
