  Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company's development strategy and business plan, overseeing financial management and accounting operations, as well as controlling operational management activities. This is a key role in our organization, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data, supporting decision-making, and helping us achieve our financial goals.
  
  Responsibilities & Duties The Accounting Manager's role encompasses the direct oversight of all day-to-day accounting functions, reporting directly to the CFO This entails managing all accounting operations and functions to uphold integrity and internal controls, while also generating financial reports and statements in accordance with US GAAP standards Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and generating management reports Establish the accounting and financial management system Collaborate in the budgeting and forecasting process Ensure the accuracy of accounting work and promptly report financial data to the company's management Develop standardized accounting methods to accurately allocate cost expenses Responsible for auditing the accounting of cash, inventory, fixed assets, intangible assets, and other financial elements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA certification 4 years of hands-on Accounting experience with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the retail and ecommerce sectors Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) Must be able to speak Mandarin Salary Range $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Employee Perks/Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Work Schedule Monday to Friday Location Flushing, NY 11354: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
