Competitive compensation and benefits package PTO/Holiday/Vacation Retirement options Job Details The primary function in this role is to manage and perform accounting operations and monitor internal controls. Essential Job Functions: Plan, direct and coordinate all accounting operational functions.

Manage all the functions and aspects of cost accounting in a manufacturing environment. Coordinate and prepare monthly internal financial statements. Evaluate and manage financial risks to the Company.

Coordinate preparation of annual reviewed financial statements (issued by independent accounting firm). Manage the budget and forecast process. Coordinate banking and financial relationships. Assess current accounting operations, implement improvements and new processes when needed.

Evaluate and oversee accounting and internal control systems and implement improvements as needed. Develop and monitor business performance metrics to support the Executive Team. Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance.

Oversee sales tax regulatory requirements and filing. Hire, train and retain skilled accounting staff. Oversee and monitor 401(k) reporting in Coordination with HR Director.

Perform financial analysis and modeling. Prepare and present monthly financial results to the Executive Team Participate in and provide support for key strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions and expansion. Education and/or experience:

Minimum of 10 years’ cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. BS/BA degree or above in Accounting or Finance. CPA License or CMA Certification preferred.
