We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team in the construction industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where new ideas are encouraged and collaboration is a must. This is a permanent, full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities: As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of our company. Your primary duties will include: 1. Supervising and managing the daily operations of the accounting department including accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, and utilities. 2.

Ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all our accounting tasks and duties. 3. Leading and directing financial audits and providing recommendations for procedural improvements. 4. Preparing and presenting financial reports, including monthly and annual statements. 5.

Collaborating with the management team to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control current processes which impact customer quality and influence internal operating efficiency. 6. Implementing and enforcing company policies and procedures that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the corporation. 7. Ensuring compliance with all internal and external reporting deadlines. 8.

Assisting in the budget preparation and implementation process. 9. Coordinating with the external tax agency for tax planning and compliance. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: 1.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry. 3. Proven experience as an Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager. 4.

Advanced computer skills on MS Office, ERP accounting software, and databases. 5. Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations. 6. High attention to detail and accuracy. 7.

Ability to direct and supervise. 8. Strong organizational, leadership, and customer service skills. 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
