Accounting Manager

Salary: $100,000 - $110,000
Location: Charlotte, NC (Airport area) - HYBRID schedule

Responsibilities:
Manage the accounting team responsible for the recognition, allocation, reporting, and analysis of purchasing volume allowances.
Manage, develop, and motivate accounting team and provide development and growth opportunities, ensuring employees understand the bigger picture and their part within it.
Ensure accurate and timely presentation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and company accounting practices.
Analyze client contracts for proper accounting treatment and financial impact.
Understand, implement, and adhere to proper accounting controls.
Accurate and timely production of customer/unit level reporting for purchasing income.
Provide standard and ad hoc reporting for internal and external customers.
Foster and build relationships with business partners.
Conduct acquisition management and onboarding.
Drive transformational process automation and improvements within department and organization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience
1-2 years of supervisory experience
CPA certifications/candidate or MBA preferred
Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SharePoint preferred
Experience with SAP, Essbase/Hyperion preferred
Experience within large corporate organization preferred
