Accounting Manager

Job Description Job Description We are looking for an operations manager to support a growing cybersecurity business. There are three primary areas where this person will support the organization. · Responsible for the Accounting process · Responsible for the Operations process · Support the Sales and Marketing processes Our values: · Install trust in our clients through service · Always improving · Be yourself · Teamwork Tasks · Work with the President to improve the definition and documentation of the accounting process. · Manage and perform the tasks required to run the accounting process. · Work with the President to improve the definition and documentation of the Operations Processes. · Manage and perform the tasks required to run the Operations processes in the business. · Produce a daily reporting package of business results · Manage employee timesheets · Process and pay employee expenses · Migrate the QuickBooks system into the cloud.
