Under general direction from the Controller/Director of Finance, the Accounting Manager is responsible for establishing accounting systems and controls to ensure the integrity of the financial practices and reporting in accordance with state, federal, and local policies, laws, rules, and guidelines. This position manages and supervises all daily accounting tasks, accounts payable and is responsible for managing the month end closing processes and activities.

This person plays a key role in the annual financial audit and oversees the execution and reporting for annual re-enrollment of students. The Controller & Director of Finance heavily relies on this role to be detail-oriented, independently driven, forward-thinking, proactive with suggestions around opportunities for improvement, adaptable, and a team player.
