Accounting Manager

Atrium Staffing is partnering with a Healthcare startup in the Orlando area. The company specializes in providing healthcare products through digital platforms by connecting businesses and consumers with quality products. They are looking to add an Accounting Manager to their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$90k - $100k

Position Overview:

The Accounting Manager will need to be detail-oriented and process-driven. The Accounting Manager will be pivotal in managing financial operations, driving efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations within the healthcare segment. The Accounting Manager will oversee all accounting operations including AR, AP, payroll, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities of the Accounting Manager:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including AR, AP, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Manage preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements per GAAP.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results to the executive team and board of directors.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.
• Lead the development of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, providing insights into financial trends, variances, and recommendations for improvement.
• Monitor performance against the budget and provide analysis to ensure financial targets are met.
• Assist with long-term financial planning and revenue forecasting aligned with the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications for the Accounting Manager:

• 5+ years of high-level accounting experience.
• Leadership experience, preferably in eCommerce, healthcare, or tech-enabled services.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and healthcare-specific requirements.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
