Accounting Manager

Job Description Job Description The Accounting Manager leads a team in preparing financial statements, managing forecasts, and budget discussions with corporate leadership. This role includes reviewing balance sheets and reporting metrics to senior leadership, with visibility to international finance teams. Responsibilities: Deliver timely financial reports and data analysis. Prepare GAAP financial statements. Evaluate and investigate account variances. Guide foreign partners on financial reviews. Interface with auditors. Improve processes and maintain documentation. Ensure monthly deadlines and key controls are met. Coach and develop team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 3-5 years of accounting/finance and supervisory experience. Understanding of US GAAP and basic accounting concepts. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills. Proficiency with cloud-based applications; PeopleSoft or Oracle is a plus. Focus on technology and process improvement, including AI implementation. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
