Accounting Intern (Part Time)

Concept Plus is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Intern to join our Accounting & Finance team. This internship opportunity will provide hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting and finance. The ideal candidate is a current student pursuing a degree in accounting or finance, eager to learn, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.

• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries,

reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by organizing and filing documents,

updating spreadsheets, and entering data into accounting software.

• Collaborate with team members on special projects, such as budgeting, forecasting, and

financial analysis.

• Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including answering

phones, responding to emails, and scheduling meetings.

Primary Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in accounting, finance, or

a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
