We are seeking an Accounting Intern to start as soon as possible, and work with us through Spring/Summer 2022. Although we are currently working remotely, when we re-open our offices, this position will be based in our Princeton, NJ office.
The internship provides on-the-job training and the opportunity to work in a private company environment. This is a great opportunity to learn accounting hands on.
Duties of the internship include:
Monthly journal entries
Assist with account reconciliations
Assist project teams with timely responses to Service Now ticket requests to open/close charge codes
Organize and obtain travel receipt information required for client invoice submission
Maintain and organize Accounts Receivable email box and ensure billing staff responds to client emails
Assist billers with assembling monthly client invoice packages
Audit employee expense reports
