Responsible for timely and accurate filing of all accounting-related documentation.
This assignment is expected to be approximately six (6) months in duration.
Description: Accounting file maintenance and organization: 90%
Processes files numerically or alphabetically.
Processes loose paperwork.
Sorts paperwork to be filed and inserts into correct files.
Retrieves information from files on an as needed basis.
Other duties as assigned: 10%
Qualified Experience / Skills / Training:
High school education required
None Required, but some work experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
Proficiency in English required
Citizenship: Authorized to work in the US for any employer
This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed. Contractors are employed by a 3rd party vendor and placed on assignment to Airbus in America.
