Accounting Consultant

Pereview Software is seeking an Accounting Consultant, you will play a key part in operations by facilitating and enhancing the transformational flow of accounting and leasing data on behalf of our external clients and internal team members. You’ll be actively engaged with improving the lives of our real estate and financial services clientele while achieving a common baseline of standardized data formats for efficient uploading to our Pereview Software application.

Requirements

• Strong financial analytical skills.
• Experience in Real Estate and Fund & Asset Management or Accounting with exposure to accounting platforms (ex. Yardi, MRI, Timberline, etc.).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with VBA a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong inter-personal skills.
• Exhibit self-motivation whether working independently or on a team.
• A strong sense of urgency about solving problems, meeting deadlines, and achieving critical goals.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Computer Science.

Location Requirement:

• To be considered for this position, applicants must live in Dallas, TX.
