This is a temporary position, expected to last one to three months.
Coordinates purchase order files, proposal/submittal files, project files, subcontractor files and employee files. Remains current on all required employee training, subcontractor certification, and contract requirements. Assists in local communication and coordination with project subcontractors and J&J CMM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Answers incoming work requests from hospital staff
Designates work to maintenance staff
Creates and updates all purchase orders along with receipts and submits to corporate office
Creates and maintains current purchase order log
Obtains and tracks all invoices and submits to the corporate office
Ensures proper safety records and incident reports in all project files
Maintains employee files, keeping records of all required training, time sheets, and certificates
Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements
Ability to train on Government data base, (DMLSS) as well as SmartsPro
Knowledge of Microsoft Word programs including Excel and Word
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, A/R and A/P practices
General office environment skills and practices
