POSITION SUMMARY:

An Accounting Clerk will be a qualified and detail oriented individual for TAKs high-growth, rapidly changing business operations. The successful individual will be keenly committed to controlling the companys books and records within the fast paced environment.

This position is a hands-on role and will assist in the compiling data for the accounting operations of the Company and be responsible for producing high quality data that can be used for both standard financial reports and actionable insights. The Accounting Clerk will report to the Accounting Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Enter and balance account receivable and payable on a daily basis

Ensure invoices are entered and paid timely without duplication

Monitor credit card charges, and follow up with cardholders to attain data necessary

Review the aging lists to ensure all invoices are resolved timely and

Report to manager summary data to be used in reporting

PREFERRED CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

Associates degree in Accounting (Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred)

Excellent communications and administrative skills

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Exceptional organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and cross functionally

Ability to work seated for prolonged periods of time.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment background test and drug screen.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Good, modern, well-lighted, ventilated, air-conditioned work area. Subject to frequent interruptions and deadlines.

May work long or irregular hours. Must maintain confidentiality as may be required in the normal course of position performance. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
