Looking for a new direct hire position?! Here it is? A well respected client in the Haverford, PA area is looking to add an energetic and driven Accounting Specialist to their team. The Accounting Specialist will process full cycle accounts payable, assist with month end close using QuickBooks along with reconciliations and working with vendors. The Accounting Specialist will prepare and process all client invoicing daily along with preparing monthly customer account statements. Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, Full charge Bookkeeper Certification will be considered or Full-Charge Bookkeeper; 5+ years of experience in general accounting; Excellent computer skills, advanced capabilities and demonstrated knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word QuickBooks; Strong communication skills both written and verbal If you are interested in this role of Accounting Specialist please send your resume in word format to Meredith Bogunovich at JO #03710-0010666506


  • Ability to multitask and communicate well with individuals of all backgrounds

  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Microsoft Word experience desired

  • Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Excel

  • MS Outlook experience preferred

  • Prior experience in Spreadsheet and ERP system

  • Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required

  • 5+ years of accounting experience required

  • AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred
