A well respected and expanding client is looking to add a Customer Service Manager to join their team in the Plymouth Meeting, PA area. The Customer Service Manager will provide daily direction and communication to the Customer Service team so that customer service calls and emails (Wholesale, Customer Care and Returns) are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable sales-focused manner. The Customer Service Manager will act as point person to handle all escalated inquiries that arise through Customer Service as well as working with Shipping Operations teams to ensure all orders are shipping out correctly and in a timely manner 3+ years? experience supervising or managing a customer service/call center environment; Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; Strong experience with and comfortable using a PC, Excellent experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel; Experience with QuickBooks and/or other CRM or ERP systems If you are interested in this role of Customer Service Manager, please send your resume in word format to Tom Esack at Phone x66930 JO #03710-0010660682

Requirements

  • AA or BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred

  • Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast paced and challenging environment

  • 3+ years of accounting experience required

  • Deep understanding of Microsoft Excel

  • MS Outlook experience preferred

  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Word

  • Microsoft PowerPoint experience

  • Excellent data entry skills

  • Qualified in Spreadsheet and ERP system
