Accounting Clerk

We are in need for a team member that can take on tasks in a systematic manner, follow the rules and are consistent in their application. You will be able to work independently with a strong group of accountants.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, entering accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting data into several accounting systems that drive the rest of the organization. Accuracy, following procedures and accounting rules are essential to your success in this role. You will run reports, reconcile data and report on variances.

This role will train within JD Edwards and Quickbooks, and within 6 months transition to a new ERP system.

Qualifications: HS Diploma, related course work from a 2 or 4 year degree in accounting or business administration or combination of education and experience, minimum of 1 year experience. Proven organizational skills and high level of experience with Excel and if possible JD Edwards, AS 400, Oracle/Netsuite.
