Heritage Cooperative Inc. is looking for a skilled Accounting Clerk. As an Accounting Clerk, you will keep financial records updated, prepare reports, and reconcile bank statements.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Responsibilities

  • Providing accounting and clerical support to the accounting department

  • Preparing reports, updating, and retrieving financial data

  • Researching, tracking, and correcting accounting or documentation problems or discrepancies

  • Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

  • Other job duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Some post-secondary education in accounting preferred

  • 1+ years or accounting experience

  • Must be skilled in MS Office, especially Excel

  • Strong time management, communication, and analytical skills

  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines and priorities
