Accounting Clerk Admin Assistant Part Time

What does an Accounting Clerk with Paul Davis do?

• Perform file management and data entry duties using Quickbooks and in-house software

• Problem solves and helps people find solutions

• Assist Office Manager with daily activities

• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems

This is NOT a remote position. It is PART TIME. Ideal hours are tues or wednesday PLUS thurs and friday. Total of 20-24 hrs per week. Some flexibility is available for start and end times each day.
