Community Connect is looking for an Accounting Assistant and Office Administrator to supplement our already existing team. Our family of companies require general bookkeeping, bank account reconciliation, and expense tracking. We are located near the West Gate of Hot Springs Village.
We are entrepreneurial, and have a fast paced environment. We are looking for someone that is tech savvy, desires long term employment, has a solutions driven mindset, and strong problem solving skills.
General Roles and Responsibilities Are:
- Bank Account Reconciliation
- Expense Categorizing & Tracking
- Financial Reporting
- Office administration/ Data Entry
- Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm
Must be proficient in excel
Familiarity with databases and tables
Professional business writing
Hourly with the potential to become salary
