  • Friday 8:00am

  • 5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break. (Flexible scheduling) JOB TASKS Accounts Receivable: Recording accounts receivable transactions, generating and distributing daily reports.

    Reconciling bank accounts. Accounts Payable: Assist in collecting data for invoice processing Data Entry:

    Accurately input financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other financial data into the accounting system or spreadsheets. Audit Support: Assist in providing necessary documentation and information during internal and external audits.

    Bookkeeping: Help maintain accurate and up to date financial records. Record Maintenance: Organize and maintain accounting files and documents for easy retrieval and reference.

    Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations. Communication: Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve financial inquiries or discrepancies.KEY SKILLS; ABILITIES; EDUCATION: Associates degree preferred. 1 year customer service preferred.

    Attention to detail required. Sense of urgency. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office:
