Accounting Assistant

The Staff Accountant will be an integral piece to our continued growth and expansion efforts into new markets, partnerships and product offerings. Responsibilities

• Payroll and invoicing
• Monitoring and executing commission payments
• Monitoring credit card statements and product returns
• Charting Quickbooks
• Initiate subcontractor payments
• Cost analysis and forecasting
• Ensuring insurances and up to date
• Tracking marketing expenses

Requirements

• Bachelors in Accounting, Masters a plus
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with Sage
• General ledger accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
