Accounting Assistant

Arizona Valley Refrigeration & Cooling LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Accounting Assistant, you will support our accounting department in various administrative tasks and ensure the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions. Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Record financial transactions accurately and promptly.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Perform data entry, filing, and maintenance of accounting records.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist with financial audits and tax preparations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Excel.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
