RESPONSIBILITIES

The job responsibilities of this Administrator include, but are not limited to:

  • Support of COO and Finance Dept.

  • Accounting/Bookkeeping

  • Own and create process and procedures, monthly P&L, ad hoc reports, invoice generation, and AR/AP

  • Reconciliation of bank, credit card, etc. statements

  • HR Generalist experience

  • Onboarding

  • Payroll submission, commission, bonus documentation, submission, and reporting

  • General office, technology, building maintenance support

  • VisionSpace - session room scheduling, invoicing, readiness

  • Front Desk - greeting visitors, routing inbound calls

  • Special projects as needed

  • Other duties as assigned

This Administrator position will be required to work out of the WORTHINGTON, OH office. This is not a remote position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • 3+ years bookkeeping experience

  • 3+ years' office administration experience

  • HR generalist experience

  • Professional Services industry administrative support experience

  • 2- year degree in business admin, or equivalent work experience

  • Technology savvy - Office 365, CRMs, project management, etc.

Preferred

  • 1+ years' QuickBooks experience (P)

  • Small business work experience in an office of 25 or less

  • QuickBooks certifications

  • BS degree with a minor in Economics, Finance, or Accounting

  • HR certifications

Desired

  • Accounting degree

  • Experience with Stax, Birdview, Pipedrive, Hiring Thing

  • HR degree

Salary: $50k-$60k
