The Accounting and Finance Coordinator provides essential administrative and financial support to the Finance Office, reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Responsibilities include assisting with financial data entry, budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and supporting in managing accounts payable and receivable. Additionally, the role encompasses general office duties such as filing, document preparation, coordinating meetings, and handling financial correspondence. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Required/Desired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance or accounting.- 2+ years of experience working in a similar position preferred.- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks).- High level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Fluent in English and Armenian.- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and maintain organized records.- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.- Effective team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

This is a 12 month full time administration position.

Essential Functions

  • Perform general finance office duties, including filing, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and assisting in financial correspondence.

  • Assist in handling accounts payable and receivable.
