THE OPPORTUNITY

Accounting and Credit Associate

This role will provide administrative support to the Accounting and Credit department. This on-site position will be based out of our corporate office in Reserve, LA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process accounts payable invoices

• Post accounts receivable payments

• Review credit applications and submit them to financial institutions for approval

• Open customer accounts using internal software

• Handle credit reference requests for our customers and complete requests for Custer information changes

• Prepare refund requests forms when requested by customer

• Other administrative duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office

• Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal

• Organization and attention to detail is a priority in this role

• Preference will be given to applicants with related training and/or experience of an clerical or administrative nature

• Associate's degree a plus, but not required

JOB FACTS

• Schedule: 8am to 5pm Monday

• Friday in Reserve, LA

• Will require physical movement as typical in an office environment
