What we're looking for:

Ensure completeness and accuracy of sales personnel incentive compensation, compensation reporting and analysis on Vistex system. Act as Super User of the Vistex system providing training to sales force and leadership in addition to managing system enhancement opportunities.

What you'll do:

• Monitor and validate commission calculations, verify, and make corresponding journal entries for Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Fashion and Mohawk Home.

• Respond to numerous questions/inquiries from sales reps and agents during the month related to commissions previously paid.

• Interact with leadership on status of sales personnel inquiries and communicate action plans for enhancing Vistex system to meet the needs of the field.

• Enter PA forms in Vistex for new agents, new sales representatives, and make requested changes to existing sales personnel.

• Generate daily and monthly commission reporting and analysis, generate check requests, and work daily with Payroll, Accounts Payable, HR and Sales Operations.

• Monthly reconciliations of commissions and bonus account balances.

• Provides support to and training to team members and performs other duties as required.

• Design reporting within Vistex/BI system to meet the needs of leadership and field personnel.

• Assist with compensation plan testing and design within the Vistex system.

• Lead Vistex functional training in the field.

What you have:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required. Bachelor's in Accounting preferred.

• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Experience with accounting and database systems including SAP, AS400, Excel, and PowerPoint. Reporting tool experience such as Business Objects, PowerBI, SSAS, SAC preferred.

• Good oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communications skills; ability to effectively exercise tact, discretion, judgment, and diplomacy when interacting with internal and external customers.

• Ability to professionally handle difficult or sensitive situations regarding compensation.

• Exercising independent judgment and demonstrating solid time management and organizational skills, including the ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules.

• Utilize Microsoft Office tools especially Excel for analyzing data to provide to management for decision making.

• Strong Analytical Skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; especially Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas).

• Ability to research more complex accounting topics and draw relevant conclusions to present to management.

• Willingness to learn from, and work with, diverse teams across functional areas at all levels of the business.

• Ability and willingness to accept responsibility, willingness to challenge established practices and draw relevant conclusions, including the persistence and willingness to take a calculated risk, to stimulate, market, and sell new ideas within the organization.
