Assist the Controller and Financial Analyst in directing accounting functions, maintaining and applying accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Administer the Accounts Payable function, expense report reimbursement, the Purchasing Card program, assist with labor charging, costs, and reporting
Assist with monthly accounting close, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
Assist with administering all levels of accounting ranging from clerical level up to the most complex account reconciliations and analysis, and special projects
Ensure controls are consistent with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and assist with quarterly internal audits
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Up to five years general accounting experience
Detail-oriented, self-starter, team player, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, organizational, and computer skills (MS Office, Great Plains a plus)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Familiar with FAR, CAS, and SOX Sec 104 requirements a plus
