Assist with accounting and analytical activities associated with maintaining general ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts and projections.
Assist in administrative tasks or special projects as needed.
Assist in information gathering for various required management reports.
Create accounting analytics for internal and external reporting requirements.
Interpret financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.
Prepare and post basic monthly journal entries.
Prepare general ledger account reconciliations for designated accounts. Propose correcting entries.
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related business field required.
Experience with Microsoft Office with emphasis on spreadsheet application.
PeopleSoft General Ledger proficiency preferred.
