POSITION SUMMARY
Act as support within the fast paced, mutli-faceted Accounting Department. Provide support and assistance where needed and prioritize workload to meet deadlines on a daily basis.

Verifying, batching, and depositing checks and cash from customer payments.
Bringing cash deposits to the bank. Including customer cash payments (that have been batched).
Petty cash, balancing the petty cash box, replenishing when needed.
Printing permit checks
Review, verify, and make minor adjustments for GPS for the assigned departments/technicians.
Communicating "prior day unpaid" with managers.
Ordering and maintaining office supplies/ toner and maintenance for copiers and postage machine
Holding and replenishing gift cards (currently only for install referrals)
Ordering forms/marketing requests (only the sales forms left)
Printing checks entered by payroll/ AP
Taking payments for counter sales
NJ- vending machine cash (depositing cash from vending machines)
Other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 6 plus months of experience in an office environment
Accounting Experience is a plus
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office - strong knowledge of Excel
Pre-employment background check and drug screen.
