What You'll Do:

Our Corporate Finance team is looking for an Accountant to join our Corporate Finance team. If you are looking for a place to develop your accounting acumen, learn from some of the best, and grow your career, this is the place! As an Accountant you will provide accurate and compliant financial reporting and actionable insights to meet corporate, segment and US GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) requirements, while ensuring a strong internal control environment. To be successful, you would use your strong analytical skills and attention to detail to strive for operational excellence. You would work from our Global Headquarters in Wickliffe, OH, and follow a hybrid working model.

What We're Looking For:

• Record journal entries as part of the monthly close

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports with commentary as required

• Issue rebills for intercompany transactions and complete intercompany reconciliations involving global entities

• Perform account reconciliations and analyses

• Understand and satisfy the needs of internal customers, educating them on corporate policies and procedures as required

• Stay in compliance with internal control requirements

• Participate in the annual budget process

• Work on special projects

Skills That Make a Difference:

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance required. MBA, CPA or other industry-related designation is a plus!

• 3+ years of corporate accounting or finance experience.

• Knowledge of SAP and BOBJ is preferred.

• Strong Excel skill and proficiency with Microsoft Office required.

• Excellent interpersonal skills including strong written communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under time constraints and handle multiple tasks
