Description of Duties/Essential Functions Benefits Supplemental Questions
Under general supervision, performs professional accounting and audit duties, utilizing the FACTS (Fund Accounting & Commissary Trading System) for locally held funds of the institution; audits and posts to journals; gathers and provides information to assist supervisor with reports and ledgers; maintains the meal counting system; maintains and reconciles all facility property records.
Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to completion of four years of college with courses in Business Administration and Accounting or four years technical accounting experience; requires elementary knowledge of professional accounting and audition theory, principles, methods, and procedures; elementary knowledge of laws, rules and regulations relating to a state or non-state accounting or audition procedure; elementary knowledge of office methods, procedures, standard office accounting machines and equipment.
Work Hours & Location/Agency Contact:WORK HOURS / DAYS OFF:
7:30 am - 3:30 pm with Saturday and Sunday off
