To fulfill this role, you will provide, analyze, and communicate accounting information from multiple systems, reports, and processes. Additionally, you'll prepare internal and external financial data and reporting and prepare account reconciliations. The primary focus is on daily deliverables of routine and defined outputs using knowledge of the broader context in which the work is being performed. The work output is thoroughly reviewed. This role supports multiple departments.

Functions

Prepare required standard entries and complete monthly closing routines.
Identify, research, and correct account discrepancies.
Assist or prepare various financial, regulatory, and management reports for internal and external audiences.
Assist or prepare audit schedules; may compile data for preparation.
Maintain and update accounting procedures for areas/tasks of responsibility.
Analyze data and/or situations to obtain direction/answers.
Assist with projects and project support as directed.
Assist with problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors.
Demonstrate compliance with all bank regulations that apply to your position, and keep up to date on regulation changes.
Maintain working knowledge of our policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations that apply to your position.

Qualifications

1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience, knowledge and understanding of US GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and internal controls.

Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS) or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS/BCLS certification. * Successful completion of Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Course within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification. * Successful completion of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course is required when pediatric care is included in the facility scope services within 90 days of employment or documentation of current PALS certification. * Specialty certification in Perioperative or perianesthesia Nursing is preferred.
