Job Description Job Description We are seeking a determined and talented Tax Accountant to join our our Tax & Accounting team. In this capacity, the right candidate will play an important role in our firm’s (and our clients’) financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting, tax preparation, financial management and compliance with the law.

The selected candidate has the ability to persevere and stay focused in the face of challenges. This position provides internal and external support to ensure success in accomplishing our mission for internal and external client financial operations. Key Responsibilities: • Maintains tax and accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. • During tax season (Feb-Apr) provide accurate tax preparation in an efficient time period for the clients and assists the tax & accounting team as needed. • Supports external clients through any audit process. • Total commitment to compliance with all industry rules and regulations. • Fosters a culture of learning, performance, and exceeding expectations; keeping ahead of industry trends and best practices.
