Full-Time About the Role: Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing team. This role will support three unique businesses owned by the same individual: a dance/yoga studio, a spa treatment facility, and a boutique advertising agency.

The Accountant will work primarily out of the advertising agency but will also travel to the other locations as needed. Key Responsibilities: Perform General Ledger (GL) accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely entries Track and manage inventory Prepare and book journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions Manage invoicing, ensuring proper billing and timely payments Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes Maintain accurate financial records and ensure documentation is up-to-date Provide financial reports and insights to business owners Collaborate with various teams across all three companies to ensure smooth financial operations Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required (Accounting preferred; Finance or General Business accepted) Minimum of 3 years of experience in GL accounting Experience with inventory management and tracking is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Willingness to travel to various business locations as needed Preferred Skills: Experience with booking journal entries and investigating discrepancies Experience with invoicing Experience with tracking inventory Strong communication skills to work with different teams across multiple businesses
