Your Role:
As a Tech-Savvy Accountant Extraordinaire at ProvenCFO, you'll be at the forefront of our financial operations. You'll use technology to streamline processes and deliver top-tier financial insights. Here's what your day-to-day might look like:

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Guru: Understand all aspects of accounting cycle for client work; billing, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory, budgeting, revenue recognition, and other various special analyses
• Master of Tech: Leverage advanced accounting software and tech tools to optimize workflows, deliver real-time financial data, billing, invoicing, inventory, reporting, forecasting, etc.
• Automation Aficionado: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and implement solutions to boost efficiency.
• Fast-Paced Fun: Thrive in our dynamic environment, tackling a variety of projects and challenges that keep you on your toes.
• Collaborative Creator: Partner with our innovative team to deliver custom financial strategies tailored to each client.
• Data Detective: Analyze and interpret complex financial data, turning it into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
• Client Liaison: Support the management of accounting, auditing, and budgeting processes for client organizations.

Requirements

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, masters preferred
• 3-5+ years of accounting experience (public or private)
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Xero, etc.)
• Strong understanding of automation tools (Zapier, Power Automate, etc.)
• Keen attention to detail and analytical skills
• Solid understanding of US GAAP
• CMA preferred
• Based in the USA
