Job Responsibilities:

• General ledger accounting experience

• Month end close processing experience

• Making journal entries

• Create and manage account reconciliations (BlackLine software)

• Own project accounting and tracking for service projects

• Project analysis & profitability tracking

• Service billing to customers, including time, T&E, and material costs

• Manage prepaid assets and corresponding journal entries

• Full balance sheet review monthly

• File Sales and Use tax returns

• Business unit P&L financial variance tracking to forecast and budget

• Develop and report out operational metrics and KPIs

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• 1-2 years experience in Accounting or Finance roles

• Strong MS Excel skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Great communicator

• Organized and detailed driven

• SAP experience a plus

• Month end close experience: recording journal entries, preparing account reconciliations and other monthly close procedures

• CPA a plus
