Currently we are searching for an Accountant II to fulfill an immediate need. This individual will be responsible for: Creating and updating allocations and accrual analyses via review of general ledger activity, preparing journal entries that support accurate and complete financial statements, and maintaining all support necessary Preparing detailed account reconciliations via analysis and review of general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and completeness of amounts/balances Reviewing monthly income statement and balance sheet activity to identify unusual trends or variances Researching and responding to any questions that arise from executive or department management during the financial statement review process Ensuring internal control documentation as well as department policies and procedures are updated as needed based on changes in accounting processes Ad hoc duties as assigned We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of: 2 years of experience from either Big 4 or large regional accounting firms Experience in Alteryx and other data automation systems is strongly preferred CPA license is a PLUS If your background, skills, and interest match the following; please apply online to ensure your credentials are reviewed by a skilled recruiter immediately and also email your resume to Mary Katherine Womack at mwomackrezultgroup.com.
