Volt is immediately hiring for an Accountant I at Battle Creek, MI.

As an Accountant I, you will:

• Machine Inventory.

• Reconcile Machine GL.

• Submit Machines to FA.

• File UCC.

• Handle all Automation AR & AP Invoice inquiries.

• Review and track all Misc Invoice submissions:

• Manage machine contracts.

• Assist with Avetta compliance.

• Assist with Service Scheduling.

This is a Full-Time Contract opportunity.

Schedule: Monday

• Friday

• 8 am to 5 pm.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

• Associates Degree in Accounting preferred.

• 5+ years of accounting and administrative support, customer service, sales support, preferably in manufacturing environment.

• Strong accounting, interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated successful track record of effective problem-solving.

• Possess strong collaboration skills with stakeholders across functions.

• Ability to set priorities, achieve deadlines, and manage multiple tasks at the same time.

• Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills.

• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to customers and employees.

Payrate Range in Between - $28- $30/hour.

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
