Accountant

ACCOUNTANT Orange county law firm seeks a Full-time Accountant to work at its office in Newport Beach, CA. Candidate must have at least a Bachelor ‘s degree in Accounting with 24 months of prior Accountant, CFO, or Financial Manager experience.

Candidate must obtain the Taiwan CPA license. Candidate duties will include: Develop, maintain, and analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs.

Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. Prepare adjusting journal entries. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts.

Develop, implement, modify, and document record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology. Invoice clients for legal work performed. Prepare accounts receivable aging.

Analyze client industries and market in Asia and in the U.S., draft marketing and personnel plans based on client feedback, offer pro forma projections of client financials in the U.S. to produce viable business plans. Candidate must have 24 months of experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and OneDrive) and Intuit QuickBooks. Salary: $75,088 to $78,000.
