Responsibilities:

Included but not limited to:

• Bank accounts reconciliations including reconciliation of liabilities and prepaid accounts

• Monthly inter-company balance reconciliation

• Accrual payroll and liabilities analysis and general journal entries

• Prepaid expenses analysis and general journal entries

• Monthly/quarterly payroll tax filings, creating and posting of necessary monthly journal entries to the general ledger (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.)

• Analysis of expenses and business-related activities

• Depreciation and Amortization

• Sales tax filing a plus

Requirements:

• Ability to identify errors and solve problems

• Intermediate Excel

• Strong Analytical and organizational skills are a must

• Good oral and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize work

• An accounting degree

Compensation is between $65,000-$70,000 based on qualifications and experience.
